Collection Matters

Zeigler and Associates evaluates the choices of our clients when defending against collection of creditors’ claims or when bringing lawsuits to collect money owed. Our mature judgement has taught us to determine early in the proceedings the strengths of both parties and to quickly conclude whether the matter can be settled or not. Since nearly all cases settle, our clients get to that point quickly and then turn their focus back to their businesses rather than the distraction of collection litigation.
