Zeigler & Associates offers its clients many options to resolve conflicts. Litigation is a last resort, however it is sometimes the only method that is effective. We furnish experienced, sophisticated and well practiced courtroom skills to initiate or defend our clients in jury and bench trials.

The first step in any dispute that has escalated to the court system is to define the problem. We use our participation in the court system since 1976 to understand the opposing party and to utilize discovery to determine the key facts that will ultimately shape the final outcome. At Zeigler and Associates, our goal for litigation is to define key issues early on, and then find cost effective solutions. We achieve success by being creative and by thinking “outside the box.”

We have successfully represented our clients in the following courts: Michigan Courts, US District Courts and US Courts of Appeal, both in the 6th and 8th Circuits, as well as the US Bankruptcy Courts in Michigan and New York.
